Privacy statement
In short: this website sets no cookies and doesn’t track you. I only receive your details if you fill in the contact form, and I use them only to answer your message.

Who is responsible?
This website belongs to Nurhan San Martin, independent dentist, working under the name The Tooth Fairy Workshop (Chamber of Commerce no. 94756619). I am responsible for the personal data that comes in through this website. You can reach me at info@toothfairyworkshop.nl or through the contact form.
What data, and what for?
When you fill in the contact form, I receive your name, your email address, the subject you choose and your message. If you also fill in your practice or organisation, website or phone number, I receive those too.
I use this data only to answer your message and, for a locum request, to make arrangements with you. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in replying to your message, or taking steps towards an agreement with you.
Please don’t send medical information through the form. For appointments and questions about a treatment, contact the practice. Their privacy statement applies there.
How long do I keep your data?
Your message reaches me as an email. I keep it for as long as it’s useful for our contact, for example if you get in touch again later, and no longer. If your message leads to an agreement, I keep the details I need for my records for as long as the law requires, usually seven years.
Who helps me with this?
The website runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare shows the pages to visitors and forwards contact-form messages to my mailbox. To keep the website safe and available, Cloudflare also processes technical data, such as your IP address. Technical logs are deleted automatically after a short time.
Cloudflare is an American company, so your data may also be processed outside the European Union. This happens on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. I don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires me to.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no visitor statistics, advertising or other ways of tracking you. Fonts and images come from this website itself. If you click a link to another website, such as a practice’s website or Google Maps, that website’s rules apply.
Your rights
You can ask me what data I have about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to its use, or ask me to restrict its use or hand it over to you. Just email info@toothfairyworkshop.nl.
Not happy with how I handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If anything changes in how I handle data, I’ll update this statement. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
